Introduction
Everything Everywhere (EE) has a heritage of innovation and was born when Orange and T-Mobile merged in 2010. Praxis42, already supplying HSE consultancy and risk assessment services to Orange, was selected to help manage EE’s health, safety and environment services across the UK telecommunications network and retail estate.
Client need
The full outsource included the TUPE transfer of employees into Praxis42 and the seamless mobilisation of the agreed contract deliverables supported by an internal subject matter expert.
The scope of the delivery comprised of developing and maintaining the EE health, safety and environment management system, at a strategic and tactical level, across 55 corporate offices and network sites and more than 600 retail store locations.
EE is the UK’s most advanced digital communications company, with superfast 4G mobile and fibre broadband services. In such a dynamic and fast paced technology business born from the merger of two companies, inevitably duplications and efficiencies were identified.
Solution
When Orange merged to become part of EE, an evolution to our outsource agreement was necessary. Praxis42 worked in partnership with EE to ensure that our HSE consultancy services were continuing to align with the changing organisation.
We are experienced in working within large complex organisations like EE and understand how efficiencies can impact positively to improve compliance and save money.
We worked with the team at EE to create a set of protocols and procedures that enabled greater insight into where compliance was being achieved and where there were gaps. The management information was then presented to those identified as resolvers who were both internal and external to the organisation.
