Introduction
Everything Everywhere (EE) has a heritage of innovation, and was born from two major mobile brands, Orange and T-Mobile, which joined forces in 2010. EE is the UK’s most advanced digital communications company, with superfast 4G mobile and Fibre Broadband services.
Client need
Praxis42, already a supplier to Orange, was selected to help manage the businesses health, safety and environment services across the UK telecommunications network and retail estate.
The full outsource included the TUPE transfer of employees into Praxis42 and the seamless mobilisation of the agreed contract deliverables supported by an internal subject matter expert.
The scope of the delivery comprised of developing and maintaining the EE health, safety and environment management system, at a strategic and tactical level, across 55 corporate offices and network sites and more than 600 retail store locations.
In a dynamic and fast paced technology business like EE there were inevitably going to be changes that would occur as the two mobile businesses combined and identified duplications and efficiencies.
Solution
An evolution to the outsource agreement was necessary and Praxis42 worked in partnership with EE to ensure that the services matched the business as it transformed itself.
Praxis42 are experienced in working within large complex organisation like EE and understand how efficiencies can impact positively to improve compliance and save money.
We worked with the team at EE to create a set of protocols and procedures that enabled a better insight into where compliance was being achieved and where there were gaps. The management information was then able to be presented to those identified as resolvers who were both internal and external to the organisation.
