Heather Beach | Founder | Healthy Work Company
Heather Beach is single mum to 15-year-old Rosie and founder of Healthy Work Company. She is fascinated by what makes people thrive in life and the part work can play in this. An ex Director for a global company, where she ran their health and safety businesses publishing magazines, running conferences and information services, she now runs Healthy Work Company working with businesses such as Mace, Eurostar, ITV, The Telegraph, Battersea Power Station, IOPC, Game and Luton Airport to support wellbeing strategy and training.
A student of Applied Positive Psychology (MSc) and recently qualified in Relational Organisation Gestalt, she was voted in the top ten most influential people in health and safety in the UK for the third year running in 2020, has been featured on TV and in national press looking at mental health.
As a small business owner, she tries very hard to practice what she preaches, but isn’t perfect.
