In 2022/23 a staggering 17.1 million working days were lost in the UK due to stress, depression or anxiety.     Stress management in the workplace training is delivered online or through a computer network to each trainee at their desktop, laptop or mobile device.

    Training can be completed at the employee’s own pace by “bookmarking” and recording progress and returning to the training later.
