Course duration

Inclusion, diversity and equality training takes approximately 25-30 minutes to complete. 

Course aims 

By the end of Inclusion, Equality and Diversity Training for Employees, participants will: 

• Understand the difference between equality, diversity and inclusion and why it is essential to promote these values.
• Know the nine protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010. 
• Follow the expected standards of behaviour concerning equality, diversity and inclusion. 
• Understand an employer’s and employee’s responsibility to support colleagues in the workplace and raise complaints if needed.

How is it delivered?

Inclusion, Equality and Diversity Training  is delivered online or through a computer network to each trainee at their desktop, laptop or mobile device.

Training can be completed at the employee’s own pace by “bookmarking” and recording progress and returning to the training later.
