Hiscox have launched the ‘Hiscox Risk Academy’, a free, online learning management system (LMS) available to Hiscox UK policyholders that is designed to streamline and simplify risk management processes.
The HRA helps builds customers knowledge on health and safety, fire risk management, cyber training, and wellbeing.
The value-added benefit includes a library of IOSH-approved compliance courses, assessment tools and downloadable templates (policies and procedures). The service also includes a free helpdesk service, with access to competent, reliable Health & Safety support and advice by telephone or email (on site audits/consultations are chargeable).
The Hiscox Risk Academy now supports the Hiscox CyberClear Academy. The HRA CyberClear includes five learning pathways covering topics as wide-ranging as social engineering and payment diversion fraud to GDPR regulations and fraud awareness.

Access and activation information will be provided as part of your policy information. To gain access onto the HRA, you will need to access the link provided and create your own login.
Can I assign specific courses to employees?
The Hiscox Risk Academy includes over 50 online courses, 10 assessments, and 100+ guidance/policy templates under a document wallet. To find out more please contact us, any of this content can be assigned to your users at no cost.
Can I use Hiscox Risk Academy as my companies’ main risk management practise?
This would be recommended as the HRA carries no additional cost and can save the organisation time and money being a free benefit offered by Hiscox.
