Mike, a Chartered Safety Practitioner, is CEO and one of the founding Directors of Praxis42. He has worked in health, safety and compliance for over 30 years, his previous roles include being part of the Occupational, Health, Safety and Fire department at Mercury Communications and Cable Wireless and before that a consultant at RoSPA.
Mike has worked with clients across many sectors including facilities, construction and retail, supporting and understanding their challenges and then working to create and deliver solutions to support and improve the management of risk and compliance in their workplace.
Adam Clarke | Managing Director (Consulting) | Praxis42
Adam is Managing Director of Consulting at Praxis42, having started his career as an apprentice in Occupational health & safety nearly 20 years ago. Adam has previously worked as a Health and Safety Consultant, Trainer and Director.
Adam is passionate about improving health & wellbeing, empowering ownership of risk and utilising technology to make compliance simple. Adam works with his clients to understand the organisations challenges and then supports them in understanding their compliance needs, tailoring bespoke solutions to fit.
Caroline Blaxley | Retail Safety Manager | EE
Caroline is the Retail Safety Manager at EE. Caroline joined EE in 2007, back when it was known as T-Mobile. Caroline is responsible for Health and Safety specifically for the retail estate comprising of circa 600 EE stores.
Caroline also manages the delivery of the current contract with Praxis 42 for undertaking all the Fire, Safety and Accessibility risk assessments annually in all of the EE Retail stores. The EE retail estate comprises of typical high street, retail park and shopping centre based stores and also concession stores, mid-mall pop-up’s, a cabin and even three EE/BT trucks!
Caroline has worked closely with Praxis 42 since 2012 to continuously improve EE’s Health and Safety compliance within their retail estate.
