Having spent over 20 years working within sales and business development roles my experience is predominantly within the training industry. Over the last 15 years I have been helping clients engage employees with compliance through learning initiatives. My role at Praxis42 enables me to work with organisations across all sectors providing leading on-line training solutions for Health & Safety, Wellbeing and Business Compliance. In addition to a portfolio of consulting services which enable our clients to make compliance easy.

Resource Team Manager
I joined Praxis42 in June 2010 as part of the Admin Team. I travelled the world with my last employer working on a cruise liner. I also work part time at my local bar, which I love! My hobbies are socialising and watching football.
Director of Fire Safety
I am the Director of Fire Safety at Praxis42. I joined them in January 2014 after serving with the London Fire Brigade for 31 years so fire and Fire Safety is basically in my DNA. After leaving the operational side of the fire brigade I quickly realised that preventing fires saved more lives than trying to rescue people and through Praxis42 I get the opportunity to effect change and make a positive impact on more people’s lives.
Fire Safety Manager
I joined Praxis42 in 2009 as a Health and Safety advisor. My background is quite varied as I gained my degree at Huddersfield University when I also completed a work placement in the Health and Safety department of a pharmaceutical company. I then became a Senior Science Technician at a school, QA and Technical Assistant at a plastic manufacturing company and I have also worked at a previous Health and Safety consultancy.
My pet westie is called Chalkie, he has an attitude.

Hannah is our Head Office Ninja, she joined us in 2010 and has been likened to Wonder Woman for her superpowers in cake making, juggling 10 things at once without dropping anything and managing to have the last word with Tom Paxman (a feat no others have matched!)
Fire, Health and Safety Assessor
I joined the Praxis42 team at the start of 2018 as a Regional Health and Safety Adviser, covering the South region. My background is in Health, Safety, Facilities, and Personnel Management. Over the years, I have been lucky enough to work across various different fields including warehousing, logistics, education and retail in either a managerial or consultancy role.
I am also a qualified Personal Trainer & Gym Instructor and like to put these skills to practice in my spare time.
