IOSH Managing Occupational Health and Wellbeing
The IOSH Managing Occupational Health and Wellbeing course equips managers with the practical skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on the mental health and wellbeing of employees in the workplace.
Poor mental health is estimated to cost UK employers £1652 per employee per year in lost productivity. Research into mental health in the workplace has shown that employees who feel supported and valued are more engaged, productive, and loyal to their organisations.
From understanding the signs of mental health issues to implementing effective wellbeing initiatives, participants will learn how to create a supportive environment that fosters resilience and productivity. They will also understand how to assess the effectiveness of initiatives to make informed decisions about future strategies.
