Stress Awareness for Employees aims to make employees more aware of the causes of stress and the positive actions that you can take to manage stress.
At the end of the training trainees will be able to:

How is it delivered?
Stress Awareness for Employees is an eLearning course that is delivered online or through a computer network to each employee. We are also able to offer the course to be integrated into a SCORM compliant learning management system.
As the training is provided online, each trainee is free to work through the modules at their own pace by bookmarking their progress. This allows them to complete the training over multiple sessions. Once an employee has finished all the modules and successfully passed the end assessment, they will receive a certificate of their training.
