We are soon to release a Protect Duty ‘Martyn’s Law’ training and assessment package to help you manage your organisational obligations under the upcoming legislation.
Our package will consist of two eLearning courses:
Martyn’s Law Awareness
Aimed at the responsible person, this course will include:
- What is the proposed Martyn’s Law.
- Who and what is in scope.
- What evaluations need to be completed
- What training needs to be delivered
Safety, security and emergency preparedness
This is aimed at employee level in order to meet the training requirement of The Protect Duty ‘Martyn’s Law’. This course will include:
- Threat Assessment and Recognition
- Emergency Response Procedures
- Crisis Communication
- Risk Management
- Behavioural Analysis
- Situation Awareness
Our package will also include an assessment tool to aid responsible persons on what’s in scope and actions they may want to consider.
